AB-UK Ltd. is committed to making Antibody.CiteZero accessible, in line with the EU Web Accessibility Directive / European Accessibility Act and the equivalent expectations under the US ADA.

Conformance status

Antibody.CiteZero is conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA, on the basis of the self-evaluation described below. "Conformant" means the content fully conforms to the standard.

What we did

The app is built with programmatic labels on all form controls; keyboard-operable accordions and dialogs (with focus management and Escape); a visible keyboard-focus indicator; status messages announced to assistive technology through a live region; page landmarks and a skip-to-content link; sufficient colour contrast (text at least 4.5:1, controls and borders at least 3:1); a minimum 24×24 px target size; and responsive reflow down to 320 px. The antibody and reagents data tables use a contained horizontal scroll, which WCAG 1.4.10 permits for content that requires a two-dimensional layout.

Known limitations

No known conformance gaps at the date of this statement. Testing to date covers one assistive technology (VoiceOver on macOS with Chrome); behaviour on other assistive technologies has not been separately verified.
